Grounded 2makes you enter the normal world as a person who’s been shrunk down to the size of a bug, making even regular ants a threat. Naturally, you have to get creative and do a lot of crafting to survive, which also means that you need to collect a variety of resources, analyze them, and then design and expand your base to suit your needs.

Milkweed—or specifically, Milkweed Tufts—are a resource that you’ll use for one primary crafting recipe, which is theFuzzy Parka armor. However, you can also use them in a few base-building recipes, such as the Stuffed Blue Butterfly, Stuffed Praying Mantis Nymph, and Landing Pad.
Where to Find Milkweed
If you don’t know what to look for, it’s easy to miss Milkweed. First, you need to head to the correct area. In this case, you want tohead to the Picnic Table Region, which is the nearest region to the north of where you begin the game. Milkweed starts appearing right when you enter this region. You can spot it as a plant that’s brown, looking like it’s dried and in desperate need of water, with ball-shaped flowers on top and oblong pods on its stem.
How to Harvest Milkweed
Similar to resources like blueberries, you need a bow and some arrows to harvest Milkweed Tufts. With your bow,aim at the pods that are on the stemand hit them to knock them onto the ground. From here, you need to have the second tier of the Omni-Axe unlocked and ready to use in order to break open the Milkweed Pods, letting you collect the tufts from inside them. Once you have a few Milkweed Tufts, head to a Resource Analyzer and analyze them to unlock the recipes you may craft with them.
To use Milkweed and finish crafting the Fuzzy Parka armor, which is the primary use of this resource, you also need to collect Bee Fuzz, Lingonberry Leather, and Silk Rope. Then, you’re able to equip the Fuzzy Parka to gain a block of Defense and almost three blocks of Resistance, along with the Chill Reduction quality that will help keep you warm in Grounded 2.
