Makoto Niijima is the holder of the Priestess Arcana, as well as both a party member and Confidant inPersona 5 Royal. She is a third-year student council president at Shujin Academy who is first introduced on 05/06. You can begin her Confidant on 06/25 after clearing Kaneshiro’s Palace. She isavailable on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday during the daytimeand can befound by either the student council room or the front gates of Shujin Academy.
As with most Confidants, there isn’t a limit on when you’re able to rank Makoto up. As long as you achieve Rank 10 before reaching an ending you can complete the Priestess Confidant. Also, at Rank 9 you have the option to romance Makoto, which changes the dialogue options for the following rank.
