UPDATE: 2025-06-12 10:30 EST BY JOHN KANELLAKOS

With a little less than a month to go before the Made by Google presentation, Google has released a teaser video of what appears to be the Pixel 10 Proon its hardware storefront. The short clip begins by presenting the letter 10 on screen, which then transforms into a side and rear perspective of the handset. The temperature sensor makes it clear that this isn’t the standard Pixel 10, while the phone’s silvery-blue hue matches upwith previous leaksof an all-new moonstone colorway.

The folksover at Android Headlineshave just published an exclusive new set of renders for the upcoming Google Pixel 10 smartphone. These renders indicate a next-generation baseline flagship Pixel with roughly the same aesthetic design as its predecessor, save for an enlarged rear camera bar that houses a triple-sensor array, as well as some all-new colorway options.

We’vepreviously heard rumorsthat the Pixel 10 is in line to receive the triple rear camera treatment – complete with a telephoto zoom lens – and Android Headlines' renders give us an official-looking pre-release glimpse at exactly what to expect. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the camera housing resembles that of the existing high-endPixel 9 Proand 9 Pro XL, both of which ship with three rear cameras of their own. The only noteworthy difference here is the lack of a thermometer sensor, with the LED flash module instead centered within the camera bar.

In terms of colors, we’re looking at obsidian, indigo, frost, and limoncello. In simple English, this translates to black, dark blue, light blue, and yellow. I’m personally a big fan of the indigo unit, with its saturated blue color tone. The Pixel 9’s porcelain (white), wintergreen (light green), and peony (pink) hues are notably absent this time around.

From these renders, it’s difficult to discern whether the Pixel 10’s rear glass panel will retain a glossy finish, or if it’ll take on a matte one similar to that of the Pro-level Pixel models. I have my fingers crossed for the latter, as I love a handset with a good silky-smooth exterior.

Pixel 10 series set to debut next month

Google has announced its next Made by Google event for August 20, where its expected to show off the Pixel 10 series.

Google is set to launch the Pixel 10 on August 20

We’re expecting a refreshed Pixel lineup at this year’s Made By Google hardware event

Just last week, Google began sending out invitations for its next Made By Google hardware event. The in-person keynote is set to take place on August 20 at 10:00 am PT / 1:00 pm EST in New York City. While the Mountainview, California-based tech giant has been silent on the exact details of what’s to come, it’s a safe bet that we’ll see the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold hit the stage. We might also see a next-generation Pixel Watch and Pixel Buds, but they could just as well be absent from the presentation.

Specifications are also yet to be confirmed, but the consensus is that the Pixel 10 series will be kitted with a next-generationTensorG5 chipset. Owing to a switch in manufacturer from Samsung over to TSMC, the processor itself is expected to be a major step up from the Tensor G4, built using the latter’s more advanced 3nm fabrication process. Even still, it’s unlikely to snatch the raw horsepower crown away fromQualcommor Apple, though it’s certain to close the computational gap to at least an extent.
