When the event first went live, Whizbang would spawn on rotation between each city every hour. Due to a mix of feedback, bugs, and complete chaos, this was changedall three locations simultaneouslyevery half hour.

Why didn’t I get loot from Whizbang?

If you weren’t able to loot Dr. Boom after completing the Whizbang event, it’s likely becauseyou are holding ten Hearthstone Wild Cards. This (fairly useless) consumable has a ten-item limit, meaning it’s removed from the loot pool while holding the maximum amount. This doesn’t stop you from getting any other piece of loot, however.
