The Pill Bottle is one of the four Sigils that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Zombies players need to open up the Dark Aether Rift. Getting this one will require players to equip their weapon with a specific Ammo Mod and enter into the gas-filled Aether Nests.

How to Get Epic Pill Bottle in MW3 Zombies

Zombies players can get the Epic rarityPill Bottleby shooting a cyst within an Aether Nest with the Brain Rot Ammo Mod equipped weapon and opening it up. Brain Rot Ammo Mods can be found in random caches, as rewards for completing Contracts, or crafting one before entering the game.

Equip the mod to your gun and find one of the various Aether Nests around the map. Open the doors of the infested building, andshoot one of the cysts on the wall just once with the Brain Rot weapon. The cyst should not be destroyed and will turn slightly green.
