Not only does it poison your enemies, it offers pure stat boosts across the board, increases your attack speed by nearly 10%, and boosts your Lucky Hit up to 19%. It’s a good item, is what I’m saying. But it’s also one of the rarest in the game.

That means one of the most consistent ways to find it at lower levels is to use a Level 31 Nightmare Sigil. It’s also theorized that certain families of monsters (such as beasts, vampires, cultists) have a higher tendency to drop certain categories of items.
