You can find the Mini Shapeshifter very close to the starting area or reel it in withMad Groove.
After the requirements are met, pick up a Treasure Chest. If you’re lucky, it will grant you an evolution roll. If not, keep picking up chests until it does.

Just Vent is a vent hatch that spawns on top of you, devours lesser enemies (it won’t eat up bosses; it just does heavy damage to them), and spits out experience gems. It could be a semi-feasible way for you to protect yourself from oncoming enemies, but I wouldn’t rank it high.
Unjust Ejection is the most unexpected weapon I’ve ever seen in Vampire Survivors. It straight up opens the door of the “spaceship” and vacuums out all lesser enemies into space (it won’t suck up bosses, so good luck trying to use this against theRed Death. It will do some damage to bosses, though).
