In a thrilling announcement, Final Fantasy XIV players can rejoice as the Moogle Treasure Trove event makes a grand return, commencing onTuesday, August 24, 2025. This revamped event promises an exciting hunt forIrregular Tomestones of Genesis I,offering a plethora of treasures, including coveted accessories and mounts.
This event will be taking place starting at the following times fromTuesday, June 07, 2025 at 12:00 am (PST), 8:00 (GMT), and 19:00 (AEDT)untilMonday, June 23, 2025 at 7:59 am (PST), 14:59 (GMT), and March 12 at 1:59 (AEDT).
If you missed out on the charming Mameshiba neckerchief during the last event, fear not – this is your chance to redeem it! The Moogle Treasure Trove will unfold across the Patch 6.5x series, presenting two distinct parts, each featuring unique tomestones to collect and a diverse array of rewards to claim.
Dungeon enthusiasts, rejoice! This time, the event injects new life into the grind by allowing players to earn tomestones not only through duties but also viaocean fishing, Gold Saucer GATEs, and more. Engage in weekly objectives or take on the Ultimog Challenge for even greater rewards, ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience for every adventurer.
How To Get Irregular Tomestones of Genesis I
As the Moogle Treasure Trove unfolds its wings, dive into the world of Eorzea, completing specific duties to gathertomestonesand exchanging them withitinerant mooglesfor fantastic rewards. With the event split into two parts, there’s double the excitement and double the opportunities to enrich your in-game experience.
There are now four different ways that you can obtain Moogle Tomestones. These include:
Standard Objectives are the duties that you can repeat as many times as you want that reward Moogle Tomes. This is familiar to veteran Warriors of Light, as this was the only way you could get these Tomestones in previous Moogle events.
Weekly Objectives will be assigned to the player each week, and they can include any of the duties in the Standard Objectives list.
Minimog Challenges are a challenge you can complete once a week that can include anything from Hunts, to Fishing, to Treasure Hunts. Keep an eye out for these! These challenges will update everyTuesday at 12:00 am (PST).
The Ultimog Challenges are only completable once per event period – meaning you will only be able to do these challenges once until the next Moogle event after this one. These feature a huge Tomestone reward, so verify you give these a shot!
Some rewards make strong returns for this event, making it the prime opportunity for new players to get items they missed from previous events! We mentioned above that you will be able to get a Mameshiba necklace, but there are tons of rewards to get exited by otherwise.
