Unlike Alan’s Word of Power upgrades, Saga’s Manuscript fragments are harder to come by. This is why it’s important to know the best weapon upgrades in Alan Wake 2 for Saga’s weapons.
Saga has five incredible weapons, four of them she must unlock, and each with their own unique upgrades. Here are the best upgrades to focus on.

Alan Wake 2: Saga’s best weapon upgrades
It’s best to focus on a few incredible upgrades for Saga since you won’t be able to collect Manuscript fragments as often as you get Words of Power for Alan. In total, Saga has five different weapons, if you may find and unlock them all:
Havingfive weapons with three different upgradeseach can make it difficult to choose which ones to prioritize. To make things easier for you, here are the best weapon upgrades in Alan Wake 2, in my opinion:
Although I would’ve liked an upgrade that reduced the reload time for theCrossbow, this makes up for that. Two Shots allows Saga toload in two Crossbow Bolts at onceinstead of just one.
Since the Crossbow with a headshot can typically kill most Taken in one blow, having two at once is vital. Reloading also makes Saga stand still, and it takes a few seconds to do so, so please invest in Two Shots.
Another Headshot
Another Headshot allows Saga’sPistol to stun an enemy for a duration after landing two headshots on an enemy in quick succession. I find the Pistol to be my most-used weapon, although it may not be the strongest.
Another Headshot makes the Pistol even more useful than it already is. Also, it’s not too difficult to land headshots with this gun, so why not try this upgrade?

Ready For More
If you end upkilling an enemyusing theSawed-Off Shotgun, investing in the Ready For More upgrade willrestore some of Saga’s health.
Restoring health during combat can be tricky, so this upgrade can be quite helpful. This Shotgun is also pretty powerful, so getting the kill with it shouldn’t be too hard.
Magnetic Pull
Want to increase your accuracy with your Pistol? You can do this with aCrossbowupgrade called Magnetic Pull.
If you shoot a Taken with your Crossbow, the bolt will end up pulling Pistol bullets towards it. So even if your bolt didn’t down the enemy, you can finish them off with some Pistol shots.
If you run out of flashlight batteries often, you should invest in the Way Home upgrade. It’s aHunting Rifleupgrade that allows you todeal damage to enemies without breaking their darkness shield.
Normally, you have to break their darkness shield with the Flashlight Boost first before actually dealing damage. But with Way Home, you’re able to skip that part and shoot right through the darkness.
Fluid Motion
Like many weapons that Saga has, theSawed-Off Shotguntakes a little bit to reload. But with Fluid Motion, thereload time for this weapon decreases.
Being able to reload a lot faster during a tense combat moment with Taken can save your life. This makes Fluid Motion great, coupled with the Ready For More upgrade.
