The health and medicine system can be pretty overwhelming if you’re new to Extraction Shooters or Mil Sims. Let me show you everything you need to know in our Healing Guide for Arena Breakout Infinite including how to do it, items, and recommended keybinds.

How to heal in Arena Breakout Infinite
We’ll review specifics later in the guide, butthe default button for general healing is “V.”you’re able to hold V to bring up a Medicine Wheel or tap it to use healing items automatically (if you have them). The latter sounds like a great idea, butI don’t recommend it for every situation.
You have far more control over healing if you patch yourself up manually. The process will take longer to learn, but I strongly recommend memorizing what each healing item does. The auto-healing option is helpful but can be wasteful and won’t always apply items in the best order.

You can drag healing items to damaged body parts on the health screen of your inventory to patch yourself up. Keep in mindeach item takes time to use, and you’re vulnerable while healing.
Most medical items take a toll on stats like Hydration, which requires Spring Water or another beverage to restore.

We’ll look at every healing item in the game in this guide, but the bare essentials I recommend carrying into every raid are the following:
If you’re taking damage because you’re able to’t see your opponents, make sure you’ve got your settings dialed in.

The best order to apply healing items in Arena Breakout Infinite
Repairing body damage is a multi-step process, but you can follow these steps to patch up most injuries.
Consume Painkillers
Painkillers should be the first items you use for healing, as theylet you ignore painfor a brief period. Ideally, youuse Painkillers so you may run awayfrom a bad situation before taking care of your wounds.
If you’re feeling spicy, you can use Painkillersbeforecombat to focus on the gunfight without worrying.

Stop any bleeding with Bandages
When you’re safe, you shouldhandle any bleeding with Bandages. You constantly lose health when you’re bleeding, and the Bandage will put a stop to that.
Repair broken body parts
If you have any broken limbs, they will be “blacked out” on the health screen.you may repair breaks with a Surgical Kit, although the process takes a while. We fix bleeds first becausebreaks only restore to 1HP without a Medkit. As bleeds constantly reduce HP, you could repair a body part only for it to break once again.
Restore hit points with a Medkit
Finally, restore your damaged body parts with a Medkit and Hydrate with the drink of your choice.
You should survive the gnarliest injuries if you follow these steps, but every medical item has multiple types. Naturally, you get what you pay for, but let me show you the difference between every healing item in the game.

If you want to experience Arena Breakout without a healthy supply of meds, try Covert Ops, where your kit is randomized.
All Healing Items in Arena Breakout Infinite
I’ve listed the stats for every healing item in Arena Breakout Infinite. There’s a lot to dig through, but my best advice when choosing is toinvest in yourself. If splashing out on meds saves you in a gunfight, the purchase was worth every cent.
Fast-acting Painkiller
AP Painkiller
EX Painkiller
Anti-Inflam Painkiller
Liquid Painkiller
Energy Drink
Painkillers are invaluable in Arena Breakout and are arguably the most crucial part of your medical kit. All the items here are decent, althoughI wouldn’t rely on Anti-Inflam Painkillersas 60 seconds may not be enough to disengage from a fight.
Treatments
Quick Bandage
Field Bandage
OPM Bandage
Simple Surgical Kit
Standard Military Surgical Kit
TMK Military Surgical Kit
STO Battlefield Surgical Set
Bandages are cheap, so I recommend the OPM Bandage for multiple uses.Any Surgical Kit is better than none, but the Standard Military Surgical Kit is the minimum I would take into a raid.
Simple First Aid Pack
Standard First Aid Kit
E3 Military Medkit
926 Rapid First Aid Kit
100D Battlefield Medkit
STO First Aid Set
TMK Field Medical Kit
All Medkits are viable, although the Simple First Aid Pack will only restore a single broken body part. TheStandard First Aid Kit is cost-effectiveand only takes one Grid Space. More substantial Medkits are great but take up valuable space in your inventory.
Stimulants
Regen Booster
Regen Injection
Strength Booster
Str. Injection
Endurance Booster
Endurance Injection
Stimulants are luxury items and likely won’t feature in your kit until you’re much more comfortable in combat. Still, theseinjectors bestow powerful buffsand are worth using in the right situation.
There’s a lot to take in with the healing system in Arena Breakout Infinite, but it gives you plenty of options. If you remember touse Painkillers first and disengage, you can take all the time you need to administer the correct treatments.
A Case is the safest place to store your medical items, but it comes at a premium. ensure youlearn how Cases work before you spend, as you can’t keep your purchase forever.
