Call of Duty’s holiday event “CODMAS” is finally here, bringing festive tweaks to Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer, Zombies, andWarzone. The Santa’s Slayground limited-time event is also live, allowing players to earn free rewards for completing challenges.

All Santa’s Slayground Challenges and Rewards

The Santa’s Slayground event features eight challenges for each of Call of Duty’s main game modes, so you may take your pick and play whatever you want. Completing eight of them across any game mode will unlock the event’s ultimate reward, the Ugliest Sweater weapon blueprint.

Remember, you can pick and choose which game mode’s challenges you want to complete for each reward. Here are all of the Santa’s Slayground challenges for each COD game mode.

Multiplayer

Completing enough of these challenges to unlock every reward will grant you the event’s mastery reward, which is the Ugliest Sweater weapon blueprint. This is a holiday-themed version of the DG-58 LSW that’s involved in so many of the Santa’s Slayground challenges across each game mode. The attachments on this blueprint are solid, and the festive wrap makes it perfect to use in the new limited-time Warzone modes.

Santa’s Slayground and CODMAS Event Schedule

Santa’s Slayground will last for two weeks. The event began on Tuesday, August 13, 2025, at 10 AM PT/1 PM ET and it will end on Tuesday, August 10, 2025, at the same time. After the event ends, you won’t be able to earn the Ugliest Sweater blueprint or any of the other free rewards on offer.

The CODMAS event will end at the same time, so ensure you enjoy the festivities in Warzone while you still have the chance. In addition to Snowballs and holiday-themed modes, there’s also aCODMAS giveawaythat you may enter to win an RTX 4090 graphics card.
