With the marketing well into gear for PlayStation 5’s biggest exclusive this year it is nice to get a few confirmations along the way of what we have to look forward to before the game arrives with us. One of the key features of the 1st outing of our favourite web-slinger was that he had access to multiple costumes all with unique individual powers alongside a very vast snappy wardrobe.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2is just around the corner and with that we have a direct answer to Peter Parker’s in-game advanced suit and style from one of the members of lead marketing team atInsomniac Games.
Five New Unique Costumes Have Already Been Announced for Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
James Stevensonworks directly forInsomniac Gamesin their community and marketing division, he has confirmed that the trim on Peter Parker’s advanced suit will in fact be black, done in a joking manor he all but confirmed it so chances are we are going to be getting shown a few new costumes, alongside Peter’s, we are yet to hear about any upgrades to Miles’s costume but this may be saved for an in game reveal.

Knowing this information is pretty cool but other than colour it doesn’t add a lot of practicality to the suit other than knowing it will look cool taking down the thugs of NYC and swinging around in a fancy suit. The inclusion of the many suits featured in the first game was extremely generous of Insomniac to include because of the individual powers associated with each suit.
Given this year we had the groundbreakingSpider-Man: Across the Spider-verseand with this it showcased an endless supply of ideas for new in-game costumes as-well as Spider-men they could draw ideas from, (spoiler warning) Spider-Cat, Spider-saur the list goes on but it means that they can give us some fan favourites as-well as introduce us to a few new costumes of their choice.

The preview event also showed off the collectors edition of the game which features a very impressive Venom statue fighting both Peter and Miles’s Spider-Man. The statue in question has made the rounds on the wonderful wide web in a horny attempt of offering 19″ of Venom to anybody who is willing to purchase the deluxe collectors edition of the game.
With the game almost in our possession and just the core elements shown from the trailers and previews we have had we can say will full confidence we are extremely excited to see what Insomniac brings to the table this time around. Considering the popularity behind Spider-man over the past couple of years with the MCU inclusion and also the animated outings this looks as if it will be right at home with the rest of the media associated with the famous web-slinger.
